It should be known that this pedal, like most Octavia type pedals, requires a reverse polarity adapter in order to be run from a power supply - I believe this is related to it being a replica of the original Octavia pedal. The pedal did not have any feet or box when I purchased it (used), and the model sticker on the back was pulled off by velcro tape - I do, however, know that the serial number on the sticker was 03229. The pedal has been gigged considerably but has been on a pedalboard in a hard case throughout that time, and so is still in excellent condition with only a couple small scuffs (one of which you can see in the third picture on the bottom edge of the pedal). According to Fulltone this pedal is an exact replica of the original Tycobrahe Octavia, as used by Hendrix in his later years. This is the previous incarnation of the Fulltone Octafuzz pedal, as made in California by Mike Fuller. ![]()
